This is a new and exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to work with an enthusiastic group of people with complex disability. You will be working closely with the care and support team and a small therapy MDT. You will be able to assess and advise on equipment as required to all QEF residents our Independent Living Services (ILS), to assess and review postural management, including shower chair, sling and wheelchair provision.

You will have the opportunity to liaise with the Occupational Therapy team at our Care and Rehabilitation Centre (which is 5 minutes’ drive away) as well as the wider multidisciplinary team and link with them for peer support and training.


You will be assessing and reviewing the postural management for all residents, including shower chair, slings and wheelchair requirements and to produce an appropriate wheelchair passport with support from our team at QEF Mobility Services.
