Gender Pay Reporting Statement: April 2018

Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation employs over 250 people and is required by law to provide a Gender Pay Report based on hourly earnings for all full and part time workers as at 5 April every year.

The Gender Pay Gap

The gender pay gap is the percentage difference between the hourly earnings for men and women.  The figure is expressed as a proportion of men’s earnings.  A positive figure indicates men’s earnings are higher than women’s earnings.

A massive thank you to our special guests Adam Hills, Henri Leconte, Andrew Castle and everyone that came along to support QEF at our inaugural Centre Court Dinner at the famous All England Tennis Club at Wimbledon.

The funds raised will go towards our new Care and Rehabilitation Centre for people with acquired brain injuries and other disabilities.

We were privileged to hold this event in such a special location, with such amazing guests.

Team QEF and Johnny Peacock at sports event

Team QEF had a fab and relatively dry day at Dorney Lake yesterday for the Superhero Wonder Wheels Event and had some amazing Superheroes and Sidekicks taking part, including Bradley, Matt, Linda, Thom, Jazz, Sam, Stuart, Bob, Andy and Paul.

We met Jonny Peacock, David Weir and the lovely Adam Hills – who is very excited to be attending QEF's Centre Court Dinner at Wimbledon's famous All England Tennis Club soon.
