This role involves inputting client data from paper forms onto our database. This requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and some information may require clarification or checking.
Once the data has been transferred, forms need to be printed, posted and accurately filed.
This is an ongoing requirement and full training will be provided. As the position requires a high level of concentration, 3 hour shifts are suggested. This could be one day a week or several days if the volunteer liked.
We are looking for confident, organised team members to join our busy mobility office in Carshalton.
The role will be based on reception and will entail welcoming visitors and helping with general enquiries, answering and logging calls and passing on relevant information.
We need volunteers to help maintain and keep our fleet of 18 cars clean. This is essential to ensuring our mobility centre runs efficiently and that we can provide the best outcomes for our disabled clients.
This role does not require any experience, or equipment (we provide everything you will need). Volunteers will be required to valet and wash the outside of cars.
There are also lots of other day to day maintenance tasks around the grounds which volunteers may also be interested in getting involved with.
