Simply book a free, no-obligation appointment at a time to suit you – daytime, evening or weekend. Please note, there are a limited number of free Wills available each month.
Write your Will for free with the Goodwill Partnership
When you choose The Goodwill Partnership to make or amend your Will, one of their panel of firms of solicitors will then draw up your Will and provide it to you directly. All solicitors are fully qualified practitioners, regulated by The Law Society.

Our free Will writing services cover simple Wills, which is the type of Will the majority of people need. However, if you have a high value estate or other complexities, you may prefer to meet with a solicitor face to face in your local area. You can use the Solicitors Regulation Authority website to find a solicitor.
