Expert neuro rehabilitation that rebuilds lives
QEF has provided expert neuro rehabilitation for almost 30 years and helps people regain their quality of life following an acquired brain injury, stroke, incomplete spinal injury or neurological illness. Based just outside Leatherhead, Surrey our Care and Rehabilitation Centre has capacity for up to 48 resident clients. Expert multi-disciplinary teams of specialist therapists, nurses and support workers provide each person with a personalised neuro rehabilitation plan and 24 hour nursing care. Our services are also available on a day and outpatient basis.
We work closely with the NHS, personal injury case managers across the UK and local authorities, providing neuro rehabilitation for adults with physical, cognitive and/or communication disabilities which may also include mild to moderate behavioural problems.
We work closely with families and everyone involved with an individual's long term rehabilitation, helping them with the transition out of our service, whether that be home or on to supported living.
Our outpatient services offer therapy and local home visits for people with neurological disabilities. We have a diverse range of one-to-one support programmes, tailored to help improve cognitive, communication, physical, social and functional abilities.
Watch our series of interviews with neuro rehabilitation experts as part of our 'Audience with.....' virtual events.
