THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role as an Occupational Therapist Band 5, you’ll have the chance to:
• Transform Lives: Provide neurorehabilitation to clients with brain injuries, strokes, and other neurological conditions.
• Collaborate and Lead: Work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, managing your own caseload and shaping personalized treatment plans.
• Hands-On Experience: Assess, plan, and deliver OT treatments both in the Centre and in the community, with opportunities for home visits and liaising with key stakeholders.
• Enhance Your Skills: Develop expertise in communicating with clients facing a range of physical, cognitive, and communication challenges.

ABOUT YOU
This Job is Perfect for You if You Have:
• A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy with HCPC membership.
• Experience in neurology and multidisciplinary teamwork, whether from a student placement or post-graduate role.
• Strong self-management skills—you’re organized, efficient, and excel in planning and problem-solving.
• Initiative to prioritize your caseload, apply clinical reasoning, and make sound decisions.
• A commitment to self-reflection and continuous improvement of your clinical skills.
• A genuine passion for working with clients with complex physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs, and supporting their families.
• A deep connection with our Values and Behaviours.
