Assessments

As part of your specialist assessment, you will spend individual time with our qualified and experienced professionals, who will give you the opportunity to discuss your needs and aspirations.  You will receive independent advice on product choice and your ability to mobilise safely.

Types of assessment

Our range of assessment appointments are designed to suit car drivers, vocational drivers (lorries, buses and taxis), car passengers, wheelchair users, scooter users and aircraft passengers.

Booking

Anyone can attend without a referral. Assessments are booked by appointment so that we can give you the time you need.

Please click on the appropriate assessment type and print the application form at the bottom of the page. You will then need to call us on 020 8770 1151 or e-mail mobility@qef.org.uk for the cost of the assessment and to ensure this is the correct assessment to meet your needs.

Referral

If you are referred by an organisation such as the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), solicitor or insurance company, you will have a more detailed assessment and a comprehensive report, which suits the referrer’s requirements.  Please advise us of the referring agency at the time of booking.

On completion of your assessment, we will prepare and supply a written report with advice and recommendations to assist you.
