We are delighted that the Vocational Services’ Employability Team have once again been awarded the nationally recognised quality mark for organisations that provide information, advice and guidance for their customers – the Matrix Standard.

Assessment planning was led by Kathy Carter, Quality Assurance Manager and Dean Price, Team Leader – Employment. The Standard comprises of four elements: Leadership and Management, Resources, Service Delivery and Continuous Quality all of which are demonstrated by the team as an integral part of their work within the Employment Services Department.

The Matrix Accreditation is just one example of how QEF Vocational Services continues to provide a professional service as we strive to be the best in our sector’.
