Our family of charities

MERU (Medical Engineering Resource Unit)

At MERU we aim to improve the lives of disabled children and young people. Our vision is to see all disabled children, young people and their families living life to its full potential.

We aim to create new possibilities for children with disabilities by designing custom-made equipment to help them feel more healthy, safe and comfortable. Our products can also provide independence, liberation, the opportunity to learn and achieve, and the chance to have fun and make friends.

…not part of the family of charities but a unique new service from QEF Mobility Services

Try b4u Fly

We are proud to announce the introduction of our new Try b4u Fly Assessment and Support Service that aims to help reduce the anxieties associated with flying for children, young people and adults with disabilities.

This is a good opportunity for parents and carers to seek professional advice on the best support from the different seating available at the QEF Mobility Centre.
