Our conference room is part of the main complex of Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for Disabled People, located 2 miles from the centre of Leatherhead. We are able to offer it for hire, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, at very competitive rates for up to 20 people, board room and horseshoe style or up to 30 people theatre style. There is also a small room attached where refreshments may be served and which can also be used as a break-out area. This room opens out on to a quiet courtyard.
The conference room is fitted with a video and DVD player, laptop connections, projector, retractable screen and an induction loop. Speakers are set in the ceiling in both the main room and the ante room and there is also an ambience microphone.
Our Catering Contractors can offer a full range of refreshments including light snacks, tea and coffee and full lunches. Full menu details and booking form with charges are available in our pack, details on how to receive a pack are given below.
We are able to offer a conference room for hire at very competitive rates for up to 20 people in varying formats. Board Room, Theatre or Separate Tables.
Hire rates are:
Regular: Full day £200 Half Day £100
Charity: Full day £150 Half Day £75
